Contacts Page

Overview

The Contacts page allows you to create Contact Groups and view existing contacts also referensed as clients. You can re-organize your existing clients or upload Excel files of new clients. Contact Groups are utilized when sending group messages.

The Contacts page is where you can answer questions such as:
  1. How can I update a client's information?
  2. How can I create a new contact group?
  3. How can I message a list of contacts on an Excel file?
  4. Can I add a individual client to an existing contact list?
  5. How do I message everyone who has had an appointment in the last 90 days?


Contact Groups

There are four ways to create a contact group. These options are:  through an Excel file uploaded on the website or uploaded through the transfer client, adding contacts individually, and creating a smart group. Choose Create a new Group  to start a new contact group.

Contacts or Clients

Contact profiles contain your client's information including their phone number and opt-in/out preferences.
