The Messages Page shows lists of your current messages and surveys. It allows you to manage their content and offers the ability to create new messages.
The Messages Page is where you can answer questions such as:
How do I update the content of an existing message?
How do I create a new text, voice, or email message?
How do I send a message blast?
How do I send a message that offices are closed and cancel any pending appointments?
How do I send a survey to my participants?
How do I send a message to a particular group or sub-group of users?
Sorting Messages
Messages can be viewed in many different ways. Using the drop-downs you can select alphabetical order, creation date, created by Admins, or specific to a clinic/location. You can also use the search function to locate a specific message.
Creating Messages
There are four categories of messages: Group Messages, Rules Schedule Messages, Import Schedule Messages and Closing Messages. Choose Create Message to start a new message.
Web Surveys allow you to create a custom survey to send to your participants. Survey links can be inserted into the other message types to be sent to participants.
