Reports Page



Overview

Reports allow you to view your messaging history by message type (Voice, Text, or Email). The results can be downloaded or printed for your personal records. Some reports can be scheduled to send you the results on a daily, weekly, or monthly bases. Many reports allow you to add filters such as sorting by clinic/office location, or language.


The Reports Page is where you can answer questions such as:
  1. How can I see what messages were sent out yesterday?
  2. Did we send a chat to this phone number?
  3. What results did we get on the survey?
  4. What replies did we get in response to our message?
  5. Who changed the send time on this message?


General Reports

General Reports are the reports that come standard with your account. These are the On Demand, Automated, and Inbox Reports.

Admin Reports

Admin Reports allow you to see edit history for messages and your account usage information.
