Settings Page



Overview

The Settings Page allows you to administer Teletask. You can add users, and set up custom settings for your organization. 


The Settings 
Page is where you can answer questions such as:
  1. How can add a new user account?
  2. Can I change my message's default language?
  3. How do I update my clinic's phone number?
  4. How can I enable chat notifications on a user's account?
  5. Can I configure a user to receive automated reports?

No Send Times

The No Send Times settings allow you to customize the times that messages can be sent.

User Profiles

Users are added through the User Profiles  section. You can customize their permissions and access.

Clinics/Offices

The Clinics  settings allow you to customize your clinic information including phone and physical address.

Profile Settings

The Profile Settings  section is used to manage the way things display in your Teletask Portal.

Miscellaneous

The miscellaneous  section is used to set up default settings for your account.
