Scheduler Page



Overview

The Scheduler page allows you to create and schedule Patients for appointments. You can can check them in and out, or mark the appointments as missed. You can customize your scheduler experience and enable family appointments.

            Note:  The Scheduler must be enabled on an account prior to use. 
                        Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature.



The Scheduler page is where you can answer questions such as:
  1. How can I add a new patient?
  2. How can I re-schedule an appointment?
  3. Can I block out time on the scheduler?
  4. How do I check in a client for their appointment?
  5. Can I add a new appointment type?

Managing Appointments

You can manage appointments by creating patients, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out or rescheduling appointments.

These settings allow you to customize your scheduler experience to meet your organization's needs.

Scheduler Reports

The Scheduler report type allows you to view scheduled appointments for a specified time period. You can run the report on a specific clinic or a specific resource.
