How to: Schedule and Edit Reoccurring On Demand Reports

The On Demand report type allows you to view message results and responses for a specific time period. You can run the report on a specific message, for a specific clinic, or filter for more detailed results.. The scheduling option allows you to schedule a report to run automatically on a regular bases.

Schedule On Demand Report

  1. Click Reports  in the top menu bar.

  2. Choose On Demand  as your report type.


  3. Select the Message Type: Text, Voice, Email, or All .

    Note: The Message Type cannot be changed once the scheduled report is created.

    Selecting All Message Types will limit the Report results to only the previous seven days.


  4. Press Schedule Report .

  5. In the Schedule Report dialog box, enter the Report Name.



  6. Use the drop-down menu bar to select a Message or choose All messages for the report.



  7. Select the Schedule to run for the previous day (each day) as Daily, previous week (once a week) as Weekly, or previous month (once a month) as Monthly.



  8. Enter the Start Date & Time, which will be the bases for the report's generation schedule.



  9. Select an Add Date option. This will determine if the report generate date will be placed Before or After the name of the report.



  10. Choose the Date Format for the file name.



  11. Optional: Change the Filename Separator.



  12. Add the End Date for the report. If left blank, the report will automatically end one year after the start date.



  13. Optional: Check the box for the SFTP Outbox to allow the report files to be available to download through an SFTP file transfer client. The reports will be stored in an Outbox folder.

  14. Optional: Pick any Users you’d like to receive an Email of the report results. Reports are automatically available under the Automated Reports tab.



  15. Under Report Formattinguse the drop-down menus to choose the Date Format and Time Formats. This format will be used for dates and times in the report results.



  16. Report Details will display the Message Type originally selected.

    1. Select if the report will be based on the date range that a Message was sent or the date range an Appointment is scheduled to occur.



    2. Optional: Limit the report results by participants that belong to a particular Clinic Name or choose All clinics to include all participants.



    3. Optional: Add Filter  to filter results by a selected field chosen from the drop-down menu.



  17. Adjust report fields under the Reorder & Rename Report Fields section. 
    1. Optional: Drag and drop the  Field Names to reorganize the order they appear in the report results.



    2. Optional: Rename the Display Name for custom headers in your report.


    3. Optional: Add additional fields by pressing the + Add Field  button. Use the Select Field drop-down to add an additional field and confirm with the check  button.
    4. Optional: Delete fields by using the trash  button.

  18. Click Save   to finalize your selections. The report will run on the provided Start Date & Time


View Automated On Demand Report History

  1. Select Reports in the top gray bar and choose Automated.



  2. To view the results of a report, select History under the Action heading.



  3. Download the file using the Download Link for a specific day's report.



Edit Automated On Demand Reports

  1. Select Reports in the top gray bar and choose Automated.



  2. To edit the results of a report, select Edit under the Action heading.



  3. Make any needed changes. Press the Save button to finalize the changes for future reports.

Delete Automated On Demand Reports

  1. Select Reports in the top gray bar and choose Automated.



  2. To Delete the results of a report, select Delete under the Action heading.



  3. Confirm the deletion of the report by pressing the Yes button.
