How To: Create On Demand Reports

The On Demand report type allows you to view message results and response for a specific time period. You can run the report on a specific message or a specific clinic.

  1. Click Reports  in the top menu bar.

  2. Choose On Demand  as your report type

  3. Select the Message Type for the report. Voice is selected by default, but you can also select Text, Email, or All as well. 

    Selecting "All" Message Types in your Report is currently limited to the last seven days.




  4. Use the drop-down menu bar to select a Message Group or choose All messages.



  5. Choose if you’d like to see reports based on Message date or Appointment date.



  6. Enter your Starting and Ending Date Range for this report.



  7. Choose which Clinic Name that you want to run the report for. By default, All clinics are selected.



  8. Optional:  Choose if you’d like to Change Report Columns. These are the columns that will appear in the report.



  9. Optional: Add any additional options to Filter By and choose Apply Filter.



  10. Click-on Generate Report  to finish creating the report and view the results.  

After the report is generated, scroll down on the Reports page to view the statistical results. Once the results are generated, you can export them as a .csv Excel file  or choose to print them .


Schedule Reports

To schedule a daily, weekly, or monthly report, select Schedule Report .
  1. In the Schedule Report dialog box, enter the Report Name.



  2. Select the Schedule to be either Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.



  3. Enter the Start Date & Time, the report's schedule will be based off of this date.



  4. Add the End Date for the report.



  5. Check the boxes to Select Users that you want to receive a copy of the report via email.


    Note:  In order to view the report, the selected users will need to log-in to their accounts to verify their identity.

  6. Click Save   to finalize your selections. The report will run on the provided Start Date & Time

Report Results

Your report results indicate if a message was successfully sent or if there were any issues with the the participant receiving the message.

Here are some report results that you might see and what they mean:

Text
  1. Delivered: The message was sent and phone provider has confirmed that the message was delivered.
  2. Sent: The message was sent but no delivery confirmation has been received.
  3. Undelivered: The message was sent and the phone provider confirmed that the message was not delivered.
  4. Failed: The message was not sent.
  5. Opt out: The participant has texted back STOP and no longer wants to receive any further messages.
  6. Pending: This message has not attempted to send yet, but is scheduled.
  7. Stopped: This message was not sent because the voice call was successful or the message was cancelled.
Voice
  1. Answered: The call was made and phone provider has confirmed that the participant answered the call.
  2. Voicemail: The call was made and the phone provider has confirmed that it went to voicemail.
  3. Missed: The call was made was made and the phone provider confirmed it was not answered, the system will attempt to redial.
  4. No-Answer: The call was made was made and the phone provider confirmed it was not answered, the system has already tried to redial.
  5. Failed: The call was not made.
  6. Opt out: The participant has pressed 9 and no longer wants to receive any further messages.
  7. Pending: This voice message has not attempted to send yet, but is scheduled.
  8. Stopped: The call was not made because the text message was successful or the message was cancelled.
Email
  1. Sent: The email was sent to the email address provided.
  2. New: The email has not attempted to send yet, but is scheduled.
  3. Failed: The email was not sent.
  4. Opt out: The participant has pressed Unsubscribe on an email and no longer wants to receive any further messages.
