- Log-in to: https://hms.teletask.com/, your email address is your username.
- Click Reports
in the top menu bar.
- Select On Demand
as your report type.
Select the Message Type: Text, Voice, Email, or All .Selecting All Message Types will limit the Report results to only the previous seven days.- Use the drop-down menu bar to select a Message Group or choose All messages.
Select if the report will be based on the date range that a Message was sent or the date range an Appointment is scheduled to occur.- Enter your Starting and Ending Date Range for this report.
- Optional: Limit the report results by participants that belong to a particular Clinic Name or choose All clinics to include all participants.
- Optional: Choose if you’d like to Change Report Columns by checking the boxes of the fields to include in the report.
- Optional: Under Customize Order, Drag and drop the
Field Names to reorganize the order they appear in the report results. Drag and drop the titles to change the order that they display in the report file.
- Press the Update
button to finalize the changes.
- Optional: Add additional fields by pressing the Add Field
link. Use the Select Field drop-down to add an additional field and confirm with the Apply Filter
button.
- Click Generate Report
to finish creating the report and view the results.
After the report is generated, scroll down on the Reports page to view the statistical results. Once the results are generated, you can export them as a .csv Excel file
or choose to print them
