How to: Display MMS Messages as links in Chat
Multimedia Messaging Service or MMS is a way to send messages that include multimedia content. You can opt to have these MMS messages display as a clickable link rather then displaying the image directly in chat. This feature allows chats to load quicker.
Note: MMS messaging must be enabled on an account prior to use. Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature.
Enable Displaying Images as Links
- Click Settings in the top menu bar.
- Choose Chat as your Setting type.
- Check the box for Media Displayed as Link.
- The MMS chat reply will appear as a clickable link called Attachment.
- Click on Attachment to open up a new webpage tab that will display the sent image.
