How to: Send and Receive Images in Chat

Multimedia Messaging Service or MMS is a way to send messages that include multimedia content. Examples of multimedia include image files such as .jpeg, and .png. This means that you can send images of documents such as completed forms through chat rather than emailing or delivering by hand. Once MMS is enabled, clients and users can send media files back and forth to each other.
Note:  MMS messaging must be enabled on an account prior to use. Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature. If you do not want to enable MMS messaging you can consider using Media files instead:  How To: Add and Send Media Files
Note:  MMS file types are: PDF, JPG, and PNG; and limited to a maximum of 10 MB (megabytes) per message.
