How to: Create a Chat Message
The Chat feature allows you to send messages to a client/contact through their mobile phone's SMS Texting capability. This two-way communication allows for a faster response time while maintaining records of the conversation.
Note: to send images through chat, please reach out to Teletask Support to enable the MMS feature.
Receive a chat from a Client
- Have your client open up their text messenger on their phone.
- Type their message.
- Send the message, it's that easy!
- The message will show up in the chat box for you to see as a reply message.
