How to: Create an Inbox Report


The Inbox report type allows you to view a list of incoming message responses or chat messages. You can run the report on a specific clinic or a specific time period.

  1. Log-in to: https://hms.teletask.com/, your email address is your username.

  2. Click Reports  in the top menu bar.

  3. Choose Inbox  as your report type

  4. Select a Date Range for responses.



  5. Use the drop-down menu to select which Clinic Name that you want to run the report for. By default, All clinics are selected.


  1. Click-on Generate Report  to finish creating the report and view the results.  

After the report is generated, scroll down on the Reports page to view the statistical results and status of specific appointments. Once the results are generated, you can export them as a .csv Excel file  or choose to print them .
