How to: Create a Chat Report
The Chat report type is a report of incoming or outgoing chat messages for a specified time period. The report can be generated for a particular user's or participant's chat messages.
Note: The Chats must be enabled on an account prior to use. Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature.
- Log in to: https://hms.teletask.com.
- Click Reports
in the top menu bar.
- Select Chats
as the report type.
- Optional: Include report results for incoming chat messages by checking or unchecking Incoming Messages.

- Optional: Limit the Outgoing Messages report results to a specific User in the dropdown menu, or choose All users.

- Enter the Starting and Ending Date Range for this report.

- Optional: Limit the report results to a specific participant by entering their 10-digit phone number in the Results for Contact box.

- Optional: Use the Change Report Columns section to select what data will appear in the report.

- Click Generate Report
to finish creating the report and view the results.
- After the report is generated, scroll down on the Reports page to view the statistical results. Optionally, view or export them as a CSV file
or choose to print them
