How to: Create an Edit History Report

The Edit History report is a report of the changes made to a message over a specified time period. This report includes the user who made the changes, which message was impacted, what type of change was made, and when that change occurred. The report can be generated for all messages or for a particular message for more specific results.

Create an Edit History Report

  1. Log in to: https://hms.teletask.com.

  2. Click Reports  in the top menu bar.

  3. Select Edit History  as the report type.


  4. Enter the Starting and Ending Date Range for this report.



  5. Optional: Limit the report results to a specific Message, or choose All messages.



  6. Click Generate Report  to finish creating the report and view the results. 

  7. After the report is generated, scroll down on the Reports page to view the statistical results. Optionally, view or export them as a CSV file .
