How To: Create an Email Message

Teletask offers a full HTML text editor for creating email messages.

    1. Within the Contents section of a Message, select the Start or Edit option under Email.



    2. Enter an Email subject for your outgoing message.



    3. In the Email message box, enter the message text. Use the toolbar at the top to customize the look and add images to a message.




    4. Select applicable Merge Tags to add to the message. Merge Tags can be used to add dynamic information such as the participants name or appointment date and time.



      Example of a Merge Tag:

    5. OPTIONAL: Add a Web Survey. Visit How to: Create a Web Survey to learn how to Send a Web Survey.
Note: For a preview of the message you can press the Send Test Email  to send yourself a test version of this email, enter your email address and press send.

                  6. Once you have finished your edits, select Next   to save the changes. Once you are finished all the different message types select Save & Exit .
