When sending voice messages, you have the option to use either Text To Speech or Voice Recording.
Note: To Record a Voice Script, visit: How To: Record a Voice Script and for more advanced options visit: How to: Utilize Advanced Voice Messaging Settings
- Within the Contents section of a Message, select the Start or Edit option under Voice.
- Change the Audio Type to Text To Speech.
Note: if using Voice Recording visit: How To: Record a Voice Script- Type the message you would like your clients to hear during the voice call in the Main Message box.
Note: when doing text to speech the voice recording will read all acronyms as individual letters. For example WIC will be read "W", "I", "C". If you would like to read as "wick", add the word "wick" into the message instead of WIC.- OPTIONAL: For more advanced options visit: How to: Utilize Advanced Voice Messaging Settings
- Under step 2. Text to Speech Voice select your desired voice from the drop-down list.
- OPTIONAL: Listen to a Test Call of your script by pressing the Test Script button .
- Insert any sample data that you would like to use. This is the information will be filled in for the Merge Tags in the Main Message.
Note: Data that is part of a marge tag if entered will be included, otherwise it will read the merge tag in the test message. This information will auto populate from the report that is uploaded.- Type in your 10 digit phone number and press the Call Now to Hear Script button.
Once you are satisfied with the way your message sounds choose Save & Exit . The message is now ready to be sent.
