Report Values

The tables below detail the various messaging results provided in Teletask reports.

Text Status


New
Message uploaded and scheduled to be sent.
Sent
Message has been sent.
Undelivered
Message was sent but was not deliverable due to an issue on the recipient's end (most likely because of landline).
 Pending
Message send has been initiated and is awaiting response from the receiving device and/or network.
Late
Message uploaded too late for message timing.
Failed
Message failed to send.
Opt Out
Message not sent because recipient has opted out.
Clinic Closed
Message has been stopped by user initiating closing message.
Stopped
Message stopped or cancelled by user.
Inactive
Message type not in use.


Voice Status


NewMessage uploaded and scheduled to be sent.
AnsweredVoice message was answered.
VoicemailMessage was received by voicemail/voicemail answering.
PendingMessage send has been initiated and awaiting response.
MissedNumber dialed was not answer in previous attempt.
FailedMessage failed to send.
InvalidPhone number is not valid.
No-AnswerNumber dialed was not answered and all re-dials have been completed.
Opt OutMessage was not sent because recipient has opted out.
Clinic ClosedMessage has been stopped by user initiating closing message.
Stopped
Message stopped or cancelled by user.
Inactive
Message type not in use.
No IVR
Not dialed out because no recorded message/text to speech message was created.



Email Status


NewMessage uploaded and scheduled to be sent.
SentMessage has been sent.
FailedMessage mailed to send.
InvalidEmail address is not valid.
Opt OutMessage not sent because recipient has opted out.
Clinic ClosedMessage has been stopped by user initiating closing message.
StoppedMessage stopped or cancelled by user.
InactiveMessage type not in use.
