How to: View Uploaded Files

The Files Report page shows a history of the files that have been uploaded into Teletask. Files that do not match any existing import configurations will appear under the Unprocessed Files tab.


View Processed Files

  1. Log in to: https://hms.teletask.com.

  2. Click Reports   in the top menu bar.

  3. Select Files  as the report type.


  4. Choose the Processed Files  tab.

  5. View details of previously uploaded files including the File Name, Size, and Date Created



  6. Optional: Use the Download  link to download the file for review.

View Unprocessed Files

    1. Log in to: https://hms.teletask.com.

    2. Click Reports   in the top menu bar.

    3. Select Files  as the report type.

    4. Choose the Unprocessed Files  tab.

    5. View details of previously uploaded files including the File NameSize, and Date Created



    6. Optional: Rename the File Name to match an existing template (import configuration) using the Edit feature.

    7. Optional: Click Download  to download the file for review or if no longer needed, Delete  it.
