How to: Update or Add to Message Properties

Please follow the steps below to update or add to an existing message properties.


  1. Log-in to: https://hms.teletask.com/, your email address is your username.

  2. Click on Messages   in the top menu bar.

  3. Locate the message you want to update and click Edit on the right-hand side.



  4. From the drop-down menu select Properties.



  5. Here you can update the Name of the message, add additional Languages, or change the Message Type.



  6. Optional for Import: Modify the Send Schedule and Timing of a message.

  7. Optional: Modify the Advanced Settings and Group Rules for Messages

  8. Once you have finished updating the properties, click the Next  button  then choose Save and Exit   in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will save your changes to the message. Your message has now been updated.
