How to: Reset Your Password
An invitation to access the Teletask portal (https://hms.teletask.com/) is sent by an administrator of the account. If you have not been invited to the Teletask portal, please request an account from your Teletask administrator. If you have forgotten your password to access your account, please follow the steps outlined below.
To reset your password
- In a web browser, go to the Teletask portal: hms.teletask.com.
- On the Login screen select the Forgot your password? option.
- Enter your Email address and then press Send me reset password instructions.
- A green confirmation box will appear in the top right-hand corner.
- Check in your email inbox and look for a message from hello@teletask.com with the subject: Reset password instructions.
Note: If you do not see the message in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder as well.
- To confirm you want to change your password, click on the Change my password link.
Note: Password resets cannot be completed using Internet Explorer (IE) . If IE is your default browser, please right-click on the link in the email and choose Copy Link. You can then paste the link in a different internet browser such as Microsoft Edge , Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome .
- Enter a New Password and then Confirm the New Password.
Note: The password must include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
- Press the Change my password button to finish the changes.
- You will now be logged-in to the Teletask portal (https://hms.teletask.com/) and your password is changed.
