A URL is a link to a website address and can be used to direct your recipients to your webpage. URLs can be added to both text and email messages (If added to a voice message, the URL will be read aloud to the recipient). We offer the ability to shorted URLs when sending text messages.
Note: URL shorteners such as bit.ly that offer a short URL will be blocked by the recipient's mobile phone provider as spam. Our shortened URLs are not blocked.
To add a URL to an existing text or email message, first navigate to the message you are modifying. Within the Contents section of a Message, select the Start or Edit option under the message type.- In the message box, add your message and the full URL.
Note: Please use the full URL and not a shortened version.
