How to: View or Edit Existing Appointments through the Scheduler


You can view and edit all currently scheduled appointments for a client or for a family through the Scheduler.  Please follow the steps below to view existing appointments.

            Note:  The Scheduler must be enabled on an account prior to use.
                        Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature.

            Note:  In order to use the Family Appointments feature it must first be enabled in Settings;

  1. Log-in to: https://hms.teletask.com/, your email address is your username.

  2. Click on Scheduler   in the top menu bar (this should be the default page after login).
  1. In the Search bar type the Name of the client that you are scheduling for the appointment.
    Note: You can also search by Patient/Client IDFamily IDPhone number and Date of Birth



  2. Click on the name of your client to select them.



  3. The Patient Summary page will appear.



  4. Select either List Appointments or Family.
    Note: If Family is not an option, the user is not part of a Family or the Family Appointments feature is not enabled.



  5. Any scheduled appointments for the client or family will now be displayed.



  6. Click on the appointment time to view the Appointment Details panel on the right-hand side.



  7. Press Edit  to make changes to the appointment details.

  8. Press Update to finalize the changes.
