The Scheduler report type is a report of appointments, or a summary of appointments, on the Scheduler for a specified time period. The report can be generated for a particular location, or filtered for more specific results.
Note: The Scheduler must be enabled on an account prior to use. Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature.
Log in to: https://hms.teletask.com.- Click Reports
in the top menu bar.
- Select Scheduler
as the report type.
- Pick if the report will be for Past Appointments or Future Appointments.
- Enter the Starting and Ending Date Range for this report.
- Optional: Limit the report results by participants that belong to a particular Location Name, or choose All locations to include all participants.

- Select specific locations
- Choose if the Report Criteria will be based on Appointment details or a Summary of scheduled appointments.
- Use the dropdown menu bar to select a Resource or choose All resources.
- Optional: Use the Change Report Columns section to select what data will appear in the report.
- Optional: Under Customize Order, drag and drop the
Field Names to reorganize the order they appear in the report results.
- Press the Update
button to finalize the changes.
- Optional: Add additional fields by pressing the Add Field
link. Use the Select Field dropdown to add an additional field and confirm with the Apply Filter
button.
- Click Generate Report
to finish creating the report and view the results.
- After the report is generated, scroll down on the Reports page to view the statistical results. Optionally, view or export them as a CSV file
or choose to print them
