How to: Configure No Send Times


No Send Times allows you to specify when you do not want to send messages to your clients. To learn more about configuring No Send Times, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click Settings  in the top menu bar.

  2. Choose No Send Times  as your Setting type.

  3. Now you can select when you would like messages not to be sent. You can choose daily, weekly, or annually.

    1. Messages will not be sent (daily) - this allows you to specify daily when messages will not be sent. 
  1. Select the drop-down menu to choose your Before time.

  2. Select the drop-down menu to choose your After time. 




    1. Messages will not be sent (weekly) - this allows you to specify what days of the week you do not want messages sent.

  1. Select Add More No Send Days .

  2. Use the drop-down menu to select the day you do not want messages to go out on.



  3. The day will now appear in the box.



  4. Repeat these steps until you have finished adding all of your days.

  5. To finalize your changes, choose Update  in the bottom right-hand corner.

    1. Messages will not be sent (annually) - this allows you to add holidays when messages will not be sent.

      1. Select Add Holidays .

      2. Click inside the blank box that appears and select the date of the holiday.



      3. The date will now appear in the box.



      4. Repeat these steps until you have finished adding all of your holidays.

      5. To finalize your changes, choose Update  in the bottom right-hand corner.
