How to: Automatically Close Chats


The Auto Close Chats feature allow you to automatically close chats in the evenings after a certain number of days. You can set chats to automatically close at the end of every day, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days. To enable the Auto Close Chats feature, please follow the steps below.

Enable Auto Close Chats Feature

  1. Click Settings  in the top menu bar.

  2. Choose Chat  as your Setting type.

  3. Scroll towards the bottom and check the box for Auto Close Chats



  4. Adjust the duration to match when you would like the chats to auto close.
    optional: You have the option to include unread chats in this setting. By default, this option is not selected.


  1. A notification will appear in the top right-hand corner as confirmation of the change.



  2. The chats will now auto close after the specified time.
