How To:  Archive a Web Survey

When a web survey is no longer needed, it can be removed from the Teletask web portal through archiving. We do not offer a delete function for web surveys for auditing purposes. Once a survey is archived, any existing links will direct the participant to reach out for a new survey. Archived web surveys can be reactivated at a later date if needed. Below are the instructions to archive a web survey.

Note:  Web Surveys must be enabled on an account prior to use. Please reach out to Teletask staff to enable this feature.

Archiving a Web Survey

  1. Log in to Teletask at http://hms.teletask.com and navigate to Messages.



  2. On the Messages page, click on Web Surveys.



  3. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the Edit    button for the web survey.

  4. Choose Archive from the drop-down menu.



  5. Click Ok to confirm that you want to archive the web survey.



  6. You will receive a success notification at the top of the screen.


Note:  Once the message is archived, it is removed from the list of available Surveys. If a participant clicks on an expired link they will get a notification that the link has expired.

Restoring an Archived Survey

  1. Open a support ticket with Teletask Support to have a member of our Support Team restore the archived survey.
