How to: Accept User Invite

An invitation to access the Teletask portal (https://hms.teletask.com/) is sent by an administrator of the account. The invite is valid for 72 hours, if you are unable to accept in that time frame, please request your administrator resend the invite.

To accept the invite, follow the steps below:
  1. In your email inbox and look for a message from hello@teletask.com with the subject:  Invitation instructions



    Note: If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folders as well.

  2. Open up the email and click on the Accept invitation link



  3. In the Set your password box, enter your first and last name:



  4. Create a Password and enter it in the Password and Confirm Password boxes.

    Note: The password must include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character. 



  5. Press the Set my password button to finish setting up the account.



  6. You will now be logged-in to the Teletask portal (https://hms.teletask.com/)
