How To: Add Translations for Chat Templates
Teletask offers the ability to set Chat Templates in multiple languages. These language templates can be customized for translations by a native speaker. The default version is auto translated when sending in specific languages.
Enable Translations for Chat Templates
Before creating or using a Chat Template Translation in a chat message, Chat Templates must be enabled. For more information, please visit: How to: Set Chat Templates
- Click Settings
in the top menu bar.
- Choose Chat
as your Setting type.
- Check the box for Add Language Templates.

Press Add Language to add a new language for translation.
Using the drop-down menu, select the name of the Language you would like to add.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have added all of the desired languages.
- Select Update
to finalize your changes. A translation will be generated for your existing chat templates into the selected languages.
Customize Chat Template Language Translations
- Click Chats
in the top menu bar.
- Open the chat that you want to add the template to.
- In the response box, start to type your message. The template will automatically appear as an option for selection.

OR
Click on the Template icon in the lower left corner
and select the template you would like to use.

- Once selected, the template text will automatically fill in the response box.

- Using the Language drop-down menu select the language translated version to send.

- The translated version of the template will appear in the response box.
Note: The Translation feature for Chat
only works with English language Chat Templates. Non-English Chat Templates will not be auto-translated on a per-Chat basis.Teletask offers the ability to set Chat Templates in multiple languages.

- Press Send
to send the message to the participant.
